The dog can’t make it til morning? Potty training can be a long and tedious task, especially for parents that have multiple children.  If this is you, keep reading. Let’s face it, Urine and mattresses, they don’t mix. Grab a spray bottle, some hydrogen peroxide, baking soda, and some Dawn dish soap. This is a powerful mixture that will break down the enzymes and discoloration. Try not to shake the mixture, it may cause bubbling. Roll it around until it blends. Another tip is to add lavender oil in; it will help with odor control and may just help the little ones sleep a bit longer! Perfect for those early morning bus rides. Spray the entire mattress, especially those lovely urine stains. And that’s it! Watch those urine stains disappear. After it dries, grab your trusty vacuum and go over the mattress once or twice and that’s it! Since the kids are in school, this is a great trick to have on hand!
